I don’t think you will find any.
Nearly all of the sites that provide weather forecasts on the web are using an automated forecasting program that uses one or more of the mathematical atmospheric model outputs. There is little or more often no human interaction on these model outputs. Some in the U.S. are using the NWS data for its source of forecasts.
Either way, it is very much automated and human forecasters are being used less and less except for some specialized fields for private companies.
